The word #influencer has been so corrupted by #socialmedia that we jokingly call it an #influenza at home. But to have impact-for-good is #hard currency. I am very touched by the “Most Influential Woman of the Year” shortlisting. That’s because one of the most rewarding things in life is to stop navel-gazing, create energising change and see clients, colleagues and family smile as a result (I admit, not always at the same time).
