My story
Hanna is a globally acclaimed “rockstar” lawyer and one of the “highest-ranked” Global Thought Leaders in international arbitration (Who’s Who Legal 2024). She has featured in Forbes, Vogue, ELLE and Harper’s Bazaar on account of her leadership in the law.
Hanna is an advocate of the Supreme Court of England and Wales, with a pedigree at Oxford University (PPE), Cambridge University (Law) and Freshfields, Latham & Watkins and Quinn Emmanuel.
Her specialty are Ultra High Networth disputes which require astute leadership and the deployment of targeted, rapid legal force to achieve the client’s commercial aims. Her broad experience covers commercial and treaty arbitration, litigation and mediation in virtually all sectors, and she is particularly known for her AI, clean tech, pharma and biotech specialism. She is praised for her “tremendous” and “formidable” advocacy.

Hanna is passionate about empowering leadership. She also uses the law to lift those marginalised on account of their gender or race (see her Financial Times featured mandate here) and to protect the environment. As a mother of two boys, Hanna feels strongly that “me too” is an important tool to achieve gender equality, but should not deprive men of a voice in today’s diversity dialogue. She has recently interviewed Johnny Depp’s lawyer, Camille Vasquez, on this point. Camille rightly reframed “me too” as “us too” – justice for all.

Soft spots
Heating the family wood-burning sauna in Finland while configuring clients’ legal problems. In her free time, Hanna trains for triathlons and explores the world’s frontiers, having crossed the Atlantic with her husband in their sailboat. That journey involved swimming with sperm whales in the wild in the Caribbean with their young sons. She frequently blogs about balancing a career and family in order to help the next generations of parents
