The issue impacts not only clients but also law firms and in fact anyone involved in the dispute ecosystem. 85% of top 100 firms are extremely or somewhat concerned about cyber threats (PWC Survey of Law Firms 2023).
We have done seminal work in cyber security in disputes, and have participated in the ICCA-CPR New York City Bar working group whose draft Cybersecurity Protocol won the 2018 Global Arbitration Review Best Development Award.
