💥 AI regulation must provide guardrails for safe use but not kill #innovation. We must ask which risks are NOVEL to AI. Confidentiality and cybersecurity are not new concerns; I penned about the risks of cybersecurity attacks in disputes already in 2016. Quality risks are not new either: a partner has always been responsible for a junior’s product, and an arbitrator for an award for being his/her intellectual work product. In the same way, we have built @Aavalynx to always enable the human lawyer in the loop to verify #quality quickly and cost-effectively, and as a workflow tool for arbitrators.
